I like my man B.B. King, just the way he sings and the way he strokes Lucillie. But let me tell you I caught Shane down at the Cap the other night and he rocks with his two "boxes". I jam with him on one song using my Quica (friction drum). I love u…

Ukuleles have come to York

Hey gang, just got a bunch of ukes in, all shapes and sizes. We have been driving each other nuts playing with these, so far we have Donovan's 'Atlantis' down pretty tight. Ukes are a ton of fun, anyone can play, as we're discovering.

Also, got a bunch of new Ibanez in too, so stop in and say 'hi' and look around.

York Arts Show

Just wanted to let everyone know that Campbell's Music is a co-sponsor of the Yorkarts 'Collecting Cultural Icons: American Fretted Instruments' Show. We'll also be supplying some of the cool instruments featured. I always thought guitars were art as well as tools so, here's a chance to view some great, unique pieces in an artistic enviroment. Please support the show so we can do more things like this and make York a little more exciting.

More cool guitars

Besides the recent influx of ESP's and G&L Tributes, we got another Campbell American Transitone (same body style as my personal one) in a groovy greenburst with gold hardware and Seymour Duncan pickups. Mind blowingly eye catching.

What is that cool guitar in that awesome profile pic?

Why, I'm glad you asked. It is a Campbell American Transitone. Campbell American (no relation) is a US custom guitar company that we're proud to carry here at the store. This one was so sweet that I fell in love with it and had to keep it. If anyone wants to know more about these killer guitars, drop me a line or visit the store to see more.

Hey Bob, do you have an old bass drum you'd sell? I need one for my one-man-band setup...and I only have a massive 26" drum that's too big for my little Hyundai.
