Scrapplehead is the news and networking site by those who create the art and music of this area. This site is distinctively and un-apologetically YORK COUNTY, PA.
Because Scrapplehead is artists reporting on art, we have a pulse on the scene that no other forum has. You're going to find discoveries in here that no other news company knows about.
Ah, scrapple, the other gray meat. It's a York County thing...

FEATURED EVENT - "The Drum Circle at Badog Music"
Cost - FREE Next event: T.B.D. Please note: we originally reported the next drum circle for February 5. This is incorrect. We apologize. (Feb 5 is Jeff and Jan - Native American Flute music)
It's one thing to have a standard fare DeadHead drum circle where everybody bangs away without thought or structure. It's another to take part in a drum jam that's lead by a music professor who specializes in Afro Musicology. Badog hosts drum circles the first friday of every month, led by Sterling Green Jr. Green gives examples of various world rhythms and then gets the crowd in sync for one of the coolest interactive music experiences that nobody knows about in York County.
Now you know.
